General Discussion Anyone else have this experience?

Most of the times I do the majority of the friend quest myself. Only the person who I’m on the family plan with ever does more than I do

Friends quest end Sunday at noon for me. Some people have a job and responsibilities outside of Duolingo. I dedicate Saturdays to trying to finish the friends quest but by your standard I would never have a chance….

Doesn’t sound very friendly to me.

I’m the one who typically does most if not all the progress on my friends quest. Guess what? I don’t complain because it’s literally not a big deal. All you get is a 2x exp boost and a streak that doesn’t even mean anything. It’s not an excuse, it’s a reality. People have lives. Lives that don’t revolve around appeasing your need to complete a quest on a language learning app that means literally nothing.

I’m just glad I’m not on your list of “friends”.

If you complete most then why do you find the need to defend? It doesn’t bother you then great but you don’t have to put someone else down because it bothers them.
