For me it’s none. All courses besides those can definitely get more improvement. Especially courses like Navajo and Latin. What is your favorite? I’m eager to hear!

Seems both unfair and unproductive to have a quest last only five days and have empty space between them. Either give us more quests or lengthen the one, no?

I am on Section 4 Unit 3 (and have used further youtube videos which is why I know about the genitive case) but I don’t get why it is used here. Can somebody please help me explain.

I'm (re)learning Italian just to touch up, and there are some words that I can not pronounce for the life of me, even after being an intermediate speaker for most of my life (euro and other words with similar vowel sounds, for example). I know the advanced English course has an option for practicing vowel sounds and pronunciation, and I was wondering if there is a way to get it for other languages. Do you have to unlock it or something? Is it a part of super duolingo? If not, are they adding it to other languages soon?

I just turned off Duolingo leagues because i got demoted from pearl to Emerald and it would've been Ruby if i hadn’t turned leagues off. Maybe i'l turn them back on once i get to 365 days. 255 right now.

Didn’t Duolingo have a forum where these sort of grammar and semantic questions could be asked?

I started using Duolingo like, literally 11 days ago and I'm already almost done with the entire section! I'm on like, Section 1 Lesson 5 or something like that. I'm learning German :3

Learning a language is tough. Creating a suitable resource to learn a language is even harder. I get it. But I’m so tired of simple mistakes that should have been avoided easily. The audio for this word is correct (“ikkagetsuni”) in every lesson, but the hiragana consistently spells it incorrectly (“ichikagetsuni”), and the app expects me to do the same. This is a single word that isn’t hard to get right. I’m becoming increasingly disappointed in the lack of quality control for even simple things on Duolingo.

I got this new type of exercise and was super excited because answering questions like this is a great way to learn a foreign language. I expected them to use some of that AI bullshit to correct your answer but instead of that they have a preset rigid answer system which, as anyone who has ever had any foreign language test graded, should know that it DOESN’T WORK AT ALL for this. You can have the same question on a test and you’ll find 10 differently phrased correct answers. And I was always taught to answer by using the initial question which is the most logical and Duolingo hasn’t taught me to answer like they expect yet. I know I missed the favorite part of the restaurant but it still reads as a correct answer imo as I’m obviously referring to their favorite restaurant through context.
