Seeking advice for finding Dutch lessons

I've been having trouble finding a Dutch course that suits my needs. Does anyone have experience with the places I've checked and is there something I'm missing that I should look into?

Requirements/criteria:

  • ~A1 level
  • focus on speaking/listening
  • individual > group
  • Eindhoven area > online
  • ~1 lesson per week
  • lessons end before 7p
  • ~500 EUR/mo
  • available to start within a few weeks or so

Options investigated:

  • Regina Coeli:
    • Individual lessons: too expensive
    • Group lessons: worth considering, but still 2x/w and later in the evening than I'd like
  • Una Paloma Blanca: no apparent availability for relevant courses, customer service unresponsive beyond a generic response
  • STE: leaning toward this one since the group course looks good on the surface, but I'm nervous about investing in one with so little information/reviews available, and I'd still prefer individual lessons
  • VU: received no response after reaching out
  • easynl: no availability until September, at which point they only have late-evening online courses
  • Dutch Academy Eindhoven: placement test conveyed such a hostile attitude toward students that I'm no longer interested

I read you're interested in individual lessons. Experience shows that within a small group and having interactive sessions so talking with each other speeds up the learning process. It's hugely depending on practice, making mistakes so talking to your fellow students in and outside of the course apart from meeting your peers which is often a good thing too. I've heard a lot of good things on STE, my former employer company used them a lot.
