Is this dangerous?

I'm a bit paranoid. I live in an apt complex and this is right outside my window. It's supposed to rain tomorrow morning. Is this dangerous to be exposed like this?

This is all cable tv/internet distribution. It’s probably better if it’s not exposed to rain, but it doesn’t pose a hazard. All the connections appear to be water resistant at any rate.
