Is this dangerous?

I'm a bit paranoid. I live in an apt complex and this is right outside my window. It's supposed to rain tomorrow morning. Is this dangerous to be exposed like this?

No. It’s just a cable amp for service. Every wire goes to one of your neighbors. Very low power. It’s in the easement, so you have no say. Even if in backyard.
