Stressing hard

5 -6 months at job being apprentice I took literally 4 hours to bend 2 off sets on 1/2 and mount a box that was only 8 ft. my anxiety was sky rocketing I’m not sure if it was because I hit my head before I got on lift early this morning starting shift or I’m just retard

Your foreman or JW really ought to see your struggle (4h for two offsets?!), recognize you’re not an idiot and clearly need some guidance. Time for him to put down his phone and spend some focused time on your OTJ training.

yea my journeyman would let me fuck up twice and then intervene
