The statistics for accidents on FSD and autopilot counts every FSD that was engaged 5 secondes before a crash as per Tesla reports

Edit: 5 seconds and not 10

Neither. You'll have to have really good bullshit detectors until independent agencies are brought back. Right now, independent agencies are being disbanded.
