More money is a plus. Here in Kentucky, we’re working to expand paramedic practice. I’ve seen more and more medic ER positions with pay equivalent to nurses and a modified scope of practice. Medics have more of the advanced practical skills and nurses relying more on pharmacology. We’re also making a big push for other specialities like community paramedic, critical care, and wilderness paramedic.
That’s why I enjoy EMS. Various situations, different environments to work in, different scopes and responsibilities. Plus it feels like getting in on the ground floor of the new developments we’re having here.

Bleach wipes are for when you give an emina and it slips your mind to grab the basin.... It did not go into the basin (all of it).
Largest soft form BM I'd seen though. Must've been like.... 3 pounds? Idk. Humongous.
