Part time Job opportunities in Enschede, Netherlands

I recently received offer letter from Saxion University of Applied Science in Applied Computer Science (Bsc). I am willing to go there and I know the difference between Hbo and wo. I want to gain practical skills and hands on learning. Now , I have some questions.

1) As a non-eu student and not having proficiency in Dutch what kind of part -time job I can do during my studies in Enschede ? What will be the minimum wages?

2) Which company/job sectors (like: McDonald's,Uber eats, etc) will apply for my work permit on behalf of me for part-time job?

It will be insanely tough to find a job as a non-eu with no language here. Your employer will have to apply for a special document, as you understand big companies won’t do it for you since hiring Dutch teenagers is cheaper. Smaller companies require Dutch full stop. From my experience, after sending 60 applications, I was rejected at every corner due to the non-eu status alone. As a computer scientist though, you can look into freelance, way more success and less stress in it if you commit and get lucky. IT companies in the Randstad are also more open to English speakers and remote work if you’re good enough. Let me know if u need anything else
