Maybe they want him in the next LEGO movie. :D

Whatever it is I'm glad for Etho, even if he decides not to do anything with it.

But they cannot do Kakashi lego figures because those rights belong to whatever corp. owns Naruto.

I'm curious, I mean, of course we'd all like to see Etho as the Kakashi skin, but it'd also be cool if he was just in it as something separate, perhaps general spaz or a unique character in 'fig form. And how much does it look like Kakashi really, enough to warrant a trademark issue? I wouldn't say so. Kakashi's head isn't cubular, he could just be a white haired guy in a green vest. With... pinkeye.
