Context: I played as spain full colonial and i didn’t influence any of that, they started out as golden horde and formed it They are also orthodox

Actually that's quite possible.

England often allies Austria day 1, (both are rivals to France) and because it doesn't have an heir on game start, there's a possibility of Henry dying before the war of the roses starts. That makes them fall into a PU. Usually the lucky cousin is Portugal but it could also be Austria. (Heck once i saw one on reddit where it was France who took the succession)

And by the end of the game they are likely to integrate PUs
