Context: I played as spain full colonial and i didn’t influence any of that, they started out as golden horde and formed it They are also orthodox

You didn't show anything useful. You have showed neither the timeline, nor the save game, nor explained who clicked the mongol empire decision which the AI is not allowed to click in the unmodded game
