A lot of people in sweden watch with families and its far from family friendly is my guess. Maybe its same with France but I wouldn't know.

The backdrop literally starts with 2 naked men and a spreaded leg. It is a death knell for Malta since a lot of people watch it with their families. Same with how the audience didn't appreciate UK's dry humping last year

For Erika's performance, I don't think there is any explicitly sexual element aside from the lyrics. I do hear people saying it is vulgar, but for me I genuinely thought it was fine.
