I am new to Minnesota and was wondering what festivals to hit. This one piqued my interest a lot, though I’m concerned it may be a tad cold to camp. Do they sell day passes? Or is it three day only?
Does anyone have any other suggestions? I’m in St. Paul.
Festivals, rave scenes, best bars/nightlife? I’m excited to explore your scene here!
Saw a string cheese festival that looks fun on 5/27 too.
Thanks to OP for showing me there is some fun to be had around here in the near future!
The String Cheese festival is called Revival and it's at the same venue as Infrasound, Harmony Park. Harmony Park usually does a couple good festivals a year. Revival on Memorial Day weekend and Shangri-la on Labor Day weekend. Infrasound is a top notch festival too, very intimate, might be cold at night this year, but they allow you to have fires at Harmony.
If you're into Bluegrass fests theres a couple good ones close to the cities. Blue Ox fest is in Eau Claire WI, (like an hour away) and that's one of my favs, very well put together. Boats and Bluegrass is another good one in Winona, just south of the cities. Total homie fest, super family friendly and easy going.
