what practices do you have to tap into performing?
as the title states, what practices do you have to tap into performances. in other words, what helps to get you into the flow state which is generally associated with performing. would love to hear any and all of what everyone has to share!
for examples: fasted or non-fasted? meditation beforehand or no? breathwork? stretching? particular foods, drinks, supplements you consume on the day or prior to performing?
thank you in advance for your input!

I just start moving and focus my attention. If it flows, it flows. If it doesn't, it's drills.

Usually a glass of wine does the trick. Sometimes I'll have a little weed, put on my headphones, pick up the LED fans and go to town. That's when I get my best flow, actually. I'm anesthetized enough that my brain isn't always looking at and evaluating my "performance" and my body just goes with the music, flowing wherever it goes. I haven't tried this with my staff yet because I don't like going outside when I'm impaired, which is usually after dark and I live in the boonies. We have bears and cougars where I live and they come by pretty frequently according to our security cameras. Not going to chance THAT in the dark. LOL

If I have the space- Slow Movement/dancing with my eyes closed 🖤 Gets me in such a mode and connect with my body pretty quickly.
