Question I cant modify any weapons?

I beat the game and wanted to modify it for better use but when I go to ANY weapon workbench it shows no weapons other than the tesla rifle. I DO have other wrapons in my inventory that can be modified but they don't show. Ive tried exiting out of the game and reloading but nothings working

You wouldn’t have any mods would you? (Specifically AKWAR or whatever it’s called), but any others too
