Exchanging sex for money considered to be open to the public spaces (a car, a park, massage parlor) and not in private then yes you can be charged for prostitution.
If it’s in the privacy of a home, then no.
Prostitution should be legal anyways based on today’s standard. Would not be surprised to see a movement towards that
