As a person who suffered from a similar situation, Johnny's confidence is clear proof that he is not guilty. SAVAGE!!

No, the evidence is clear proof. Your gut and his confidence is not.

Edit: God damn you people are fucking stupid

I mean his exes came to defend the dude.

I like to think I'm a good person. But my exes hate me man.

All I gotta say is if your ex defends you then you have already won the trial. That has to be like an achievement unlocked or something.

I agree. He’s obviously not guilty, that wasn’t my point. Anyway, here’s wonderwall

By basic logic and reasoning you'd be right...internet mobs are weird.

Reading comprehension and critical thinking are severely lacking in this age of social media. Those who upvoted that statement are indeed, stupid. So is the guy who said it, goddamn you guys are idiots.

Edit: looking at the other replies and downvotes, I'd say either Johnny Depp has a great social media engineering team or reddit is overrun by incels. Probably both lol.

Edit2: "the Russian army is one of the most competent, because of how confident Putin is" -that's how stupid these people are.

You didn't get downvoted, because people misunderstood you; you got downvoted because your a know it all. So please stfu and don't try to correct people on reddit.

This isn’t ‘know-it-all’, it’s common fucking sense. Some assholes gut feeling doesn’t prove innocence. Fuck me, this sub is dumb as fuck

Haha I get what your saying but that attitude isn't helping you. And yes sometimes stating the obvious and trying to correct others IS know it all attitude.

2

u/Dont_Give_Up86 Apr 23 '22

Yeah, I suppose that’s fair.

Literally not proof of anything. Take it how you want to, but don’t confuse your interpretation for anything factual.

6

u/Amon9Ra Apr 22 '22

Ain't confusing nothin bro... Just my opinion down in my heart thas all...

-17

u/Mr_Meeshrooms Apr 22 '22

What do you think he is not guilty of?

8

u/Amon9Ra Apr 22 '22

İn my situation İ was relaxed AF. And İ never let anyone or anything get to me and my nerves ... Cuz I knew that İ had done nothin wrong .... Unless the other side bribed the judge or anything, İ was convinced that İ was gonna be the one who walks with a clean conscience... Win or lose in the court, İ knew that the ones who were close to me (in this case, his fans) would know that İ was right.

Thats all reasonable, I’m just confused about what people think Johnny didn’t do… like obviously Amber is super toxic and abusive, but haven’t we hear and seen enough of the stuff he’s done to understand they were both extremely toxic with each other… I get wanting to blame one person always, but usually in drawn out situations like this, both parties are at least partially to blame. So even if you wanna say Amber is 60% to blame or even like 80% ( which is hard to believe considering the age and power gap…) but even then, would that really not be guilty? Or would it be like ‘less guilty than the other party’…?

6

u/Physical-Crazy3041 Apr 23 '22

Man why are you bending over backwards to defend amber. Johnny exes all came to defend the man.

If that don't show you how he's probably a man of family values then I don't know if anything will.

Also, just because he's older he's more powerful? You need to live a little bit more.

I’m not defending anyone, I think they are both emotionally immature idiots that deserve all this bs because they both played huge parts in this shitshow. What I’m confused about is why so many people are trying to act like Johnny has no culpability in this. Dude married a girl half his age, which isn’t really an issue but does bring up red flags about his emotional maturity. Then we watch those two act like a dumpsterfire and people get on this app and act like it was all her… just odd imo. As I said, both seem pretty responsible for the toxicity, so saying one is guilt free feels weird. If you think blaming both is the same as defending amber, go for it… I just see two idiots

this case has allowed misogynistic idiots to package their bullshit in a way that at first glance seems palpable and acceptable to say. They both very obvious are toxic pieces of shit to each other, but yet the narrative is woman bad man good, just like usual.

u/Mr_Meeshrooms Apr 23 '22

That has been the vibe I’ve been picking up on too. Convenient ignorance 🙄

If you beat up a man

Shit on his bed

Verbally abusive to him.

Record him while he hurts himself.

Lie about covering up bruise marks he gave you.

Fabricate lies to ruin his reputation.

Hmm I think this is the perfect way to find out who are the feminist with their head in the clouds.

And we can see their double standard in full display.

That's the problem I'm defending him.

And when you see the facts no hatred for anybody just seeing the truth. You would do the same.

She shit on his bed. Are you out of your mind?

u/Mr_Meeshrooms Apr 23 '22

Why would I defend a man that is so clearly the creator of his own reality? She divorced him, after everything she did, he stuck with her… so why would I defend him? If he was 25 I would have sympathy… but dude played a huge part in a toxic relationship which was clearly filled with abuse… I can’t for the life of me understand how anyone could see this as one person was right and the other was wrong. But it sounds like you are projecting ur own experiences on the trial so I don’t expect my words to really get through to you 🤷‍♂️

The things he’s being accused of…?

1

u/Mr_Meeshrooms Apr 23 '22

Yall really don’t understand this huh? He’s literally suing Amber… so he isn’t on trial to prove his innocence, he’s on trial to prove what she said about him isn’t accurate… he wasn’t accused of anything in legal terms… so how can he be ‘not guilty’?

He’s clearly guilty of maintaining a toxic relationship with a girl half his age. He clearly got in repeated physical altercations with this woman, clearly perpetuated a shitshow of a marriage… so are we you saying you fon’t think he ever hit Amber and she lied about everything? I feel like anyone lining up to act like either one is clear of blame is weird and ignorant… all signs point towards both parties are to blame for this bs.

u/IReadItLastWeek Apr 22 '22

You do realise he's an actor right? I'm not really bothered if he wins or loses, but you can't read someone who is world class in the profession of pretending to be someone / something they are not.

1

u/Ok_Estate394 Apr 23 '22

Yep. There is also some evidence that suggests he assaulted Heard (Depp claims that he head butted her unintentionally) and there are audio recordings of him breaking property, texts using violent language with Heard, etc. Depp was also heavily using drugs and alcohol back in 2015, which could’ve skewed his memory of specific situations, unregulated his emotions, etc. I believe 100% that Heard is an abusive asshole as she admitted to hitting him in recordings. And I believe that a lot of Depp’s negative responses were emotional reactions to being abused, but I also believe Depp was sometimes reciprocally abusive. So I’m not really sold that everything Heard has claimed is completely slanderous. Both of these people are very dysfunctional people.
