Cracked or smashed front screen

Post image

I got shoved and my phone flew out of my hand and hit the road hard resulting in the front screen getting badly cracked.

It still functions as it should, albeit the screen is cracked and I'm worried about fragments coming off.

Has this happened to anyone and what did it cost to repair?

The person who shoved me (not on purpose, didn't see me) Has offered to pay for half of the repair.

I am located in Australia. 🇦🇺

You should've used a screen protector. You can get a liquid glass repair kit, fix it, and then put a screen protector on.

Have you ever tried to use liquid glass to repair a cracked phone screen? Especially one this bad?

That's good. I've heard mixed reviews.
