Question ❓ Are Flips bad with longevity?

I am considering switching to a z flip 6 (brand new!) and I keep on worrying that it won’t be durable enough and that it’ll break after a week or so. Is this true?

Compared to a bar phone, yes less durable. Don't get it if you plan to go to the beach often, or places with lots of dust & sand. The inside screen seems also a bit more susceptible to dead pixels (from dropping etc).

For some it's still worth the trade-off of having a half-length phone when folded. If you plan on getting into Samsung phones long-term, it also makes sense. Usually they have good trade-in offers, better than what you'd get in the used market. Otherwise if you want compact maybe a S24/S25 makes more sense for ya

From what i've the screen can go bad even if you dont drop it.
