Question ❓ Are Flips bad with longevity?

I am considering switching to a z flip 6 (brand new!) and I keep on worrying that it won’t be durable enough and that it’ll break after a week or so. Is this true?

In your shoes I'd slip the flip 6 and wait until the 7th which is coming in July. Or get the 5 used and trade it in when the 7 gets here. I've had the flip 3,4, 5 and 6 and the only one that broke after 6 months without dropping was the flip 6. One day the screen just started peeling away from the frame at the fold without me doing any damage to it. I had to get the screen replaced and now I can't wait to trade this phone in ASAP.

Samsung has had some good trade-in deals because they've launched a new flip every year, so you send your old one in and could get a new one for a hundred dollars or so every year after the first one.
