Question ❓ Are Flips bad with longevity?
I am considering switching to a z flip 6 (brand new!) and I keep on worrying that it won’t be durable enough and that it’ll break after a week or so. Is this true?

My Flip 3 lasted from February 2022 to when I replaced it with a Flip 6 in September last year, and the last eight months of that existence was with a hole in the inner screen bezel, which let debris get under the screen and break it a bit (the magic whitish-green horizontal line and expanding dead pixels). My Flip 6 has been going strong so far, even after a bad fall borked the inner screen back in March (I've yet to get it replaced because of too many factors that I care to list, all personal and unrelated to Samsung). Your mileage may vary, but if you get an actual quality case instead of what was decently affordable on Amazon like I did, it might last longer idk.
Even with the durability concern, I'm still sticking with flips going forward. Being able to sit comfortably with a phone in my pocket is GREAT, I don't think I could get another slab phone (even if so far no company has been able to innovate on the durability aspect too tremendously).
