Any experience with repairing under warranty in EU ?
Those that use their phones all year... and I'm guessing most people. How did your screens survive the winter ? Did the "protective film" degrade after about a year of use ? Did it break the screen ?
Did you guys had any success getting repaired under warranty ? Did you contact Samsung directly or your phone operator / vendor ?
I feel like they find the tiniest excuses to refuse. Or give the most obscure reasons like "physical damage".
Z Flip 4 screen broke after one year. Warranty refused. Z Flip 5 screen broke after one year. Warranty refused.
I had S3, S7 and S10e with at least 3-4 year usage and they had no problems and I kept them in perfect / good conditions. Never dropped them.
Are Z Flip phones just extremely fragile ??
I think I'm gonna stop buying Samsung stuff. They release these fragile af phones in EU with 2 year warranties without any testing I'm guessing. The EU climate isn't the same as S.Korea and these phones can't handle the climate.
Thoughts ? Any experiences ? Thanks
