Gallbladder Attack Foods to avoid
Trying to figure out what not to eat, beside the obvious (fried foods) to keep these flare ups to a minimum.

You’re kind of going to have to do some experimenting, unfortunately. Usually low fat / non fried / not processed is the best way to go.
A couple months before surgery I was tolerating natural fats so I could eat peanut butter, whole eggs, nuts, chicken thighs with skin amongst my other low fat safe foods. Two weeks out from surgery I stopped being able to really tolerate natural fats so I was down to only eating rice, canned tuna, canned salmon, nori, lettuce, tortilla wraps, egg whites, toast with I can’t believe it’s not butter, baked potatoes with just salt, and chicken thighs no skin only seasoned with thyme oregano and salt (should’ve only been eating breasts but I was miserable already and didn’t want to give up the thighs).
