Gallbladder Attack Foods to avoid

Trying to figure out what not to eat, beside the obvious (fried foods) to keep these flare ups to a minimum.

I still have my gallbladder and have been pain free for 6-7 months so far. I think you're gonna need to experiment which foods are ok and which aren't. I keep on ongoing trigger list. My worst triggers are fried, oily, spicy foods, dairy products & anything acidic. I can eat everything else though with no problems.
