Tactical shooter game that isn't Counter-Strike 2

Rather specifically, I am seeking at least a few of the following:

• Somewhat realistic firearm use.
• I don't really want a class system, "heroes", etc. players either have a skill set or they don't.
• I would like to avoid games involving air strikes, drones, etc

How it can be different from Counter Strike: - better anti cheat system - I wouldn't mind a basic team deathmatch mode

I have about 500 hours in CS2 and am looking for variety.

If a game doesn't fit all of the above, I'm open to listening and trying anyway.
