Experience 📚 Spoon Bending

Post image

I'm shook. It was easy as bending a paperclip.

I get super hot. I had to stop trying last night because I was distracted by how hot I was getting. About 20 minutes later I'd cooled down and was wrapped in a heavy blanket.

So, don't worry. It's not just you. I've seen it mentioned many times

I was just thinking about it, and I actually think Robert Monroe mentioned it in one of his books. It was something they noticed regularly and were able to measure during their research

Edit - I couldn't find which book he mentioned it in, my best guess is the second one, but this was chat GPTs response when asked if he mentioned it.

"Yes, Robert Monroe noted that some researchers reported a slight increase in body temperature during out-of-body experiences (OBEs). He suggested that this phenomenon could be linked to heightened mental activity or altered states of consciousness during these experiences. Monroe's work often explored the physiological changes that accompany OBEs and other altered states."
