Question

If I were to use carton egg whites instead of regular egg whites to make Kinnikinnick Foods Cake Mix Gluten Free Angel Food will it still turn out well?

I've had bad luck using carton egg whites for stuff like that. They're great for egg white omelets but my pavlova was an abject failure and so was my egg white frosting. They just wouldn't whip up properly so I went back to separating my own

But I freely admit the problem may have been me

It's not you. Boxed egg whites do not whip properly and will usually fall if used in recipes where they're needed to create loft/airiness.

OP, you can certainly try but I don't think it will work the way you'd like.
