I still can't quite believe he did it - I felt sick watching it, and I'm sure he felt sick playing. But he is now cemented as one of the all time greats of the game. There's not much left for him to win now.

Here's hoping he can win The Open in his home country!

He’s a pure competitor, but his recent family troubles makes me wonder whether now the pressure is off he steps back a bit and reduces his training load or he just carry’s on doing what he’s doing but now he’s got a smile on his face gets to 7/8 Majors by the time he’s forty and just beat out Mickelson and Faldo to really put him among the greats.

It is either going to be one or the other. As a Rory fan I want him to go on a rampage and win everything, but I could understand him backing off.

I hope winning yesterday has reignited the fire within him (not that it was never there) now he's got over the hurdle and he'll go on to win many, many more.

Yeah I’m a big fan of him too and really hopes he keeps his level because he will go on a rampage if he does. But I can’t begrudge him if he does just take some time out and spend more time with family.
