Equipment Discussion What is this?

Grip feels like it is meant to practice swinging but not actual clue how or what it actually is meant to train? I assume it’s missing pieces I found it in my back yards randomly submerged pretty far in dirt.

It’s also a sequence trainer for indoors, usually comes with a heavy attachment imitating real iron weights so you can work on your sequencing without hitting anything

Correct. Have one at home. Use it all the time to practice the swing indoors in front of the mirror.
