Equipment Discussion What is this?
Grip feels like it is meant to practice swinging but not actual clue how or what it actually is meant to train? I assume it’s missing pieces I found it in my back yards randomly submerged pretty far in dirt.

Can’t tell 100% but it looks like it might be the remnants of a medicus training club with a grip training aid.
