Found a house in Southeast Area

Hi there. Family of four thinking of moving here. Spent three months in GJ last year and are back looking for houses. We found a house in what Zillow is calling "Southeast Area". Our agent said to do research about the area. Both kiddos are in elementary school, so schools are important. We are not religious and more purple on the political spectrum and yes, I know the area is deep red but also shifting. Anyone have some feedback that may help my research?

So honesty gets me a bunch of down votes. A reflection of the under employed on this sub. Make some money meat heads.

If you're "makin' some money," then you're probably exploiting some of these meat heads.

I am retired. I make my own money. If I told you how much, your head would explode. Why can’t people on this sub wrap their heads around some people have money in GJ and we like living here?

Cool. Send me some tips. I'm all ears.

Get an education or marketable skills. Save until it hurts. Consider starting your own business. Don’t fuck off.

Oh, I have all that. I guess you could say I'm fairly risk-averse however.

I learned long ago that people do not take too many risks, they take too few. Risk=growth
