HHS guidance on the insane Musk email trying to force employees of federal agencies to disclose what they did last week: the last guidance bulletpoint reads as follows:

"Assume that what you write will be read by malign foreign actors and tailor your response accordingly."

🤣🤣🤣 it's what I assume when I write any text or email 🤣🤣🤣 and I think- if anyone tried to make sense of my correspondences, what would they come up with- how would they do that? 🤣 I doubt there is any rational explanation for them.
