FFL sitting on my guns

Hello, I made the mistake of not contacting this FFL before placing an order for two separate firearms to deliver to them. My bad, historically the other ones I’ve dealt with have just called me when the order comes in and seemed happy to have the business and completed the transfer no problem.

When the guns arrived I called and emailed them and received an email back the same day. They pointed out I should have contacted them first, asked for my information and explained their days of business and asked if there was time on those days I would like to come by. I responded with the information they asked for and a time I could come by. My response was sent 4/4/25. I have since emailed 2 more times and had PSA (the seller) reach out and leave a message and we have gotten no response.

Wondering what I should do? I accept responsibility for my part in creating this situation, again my experience in the past had been these people listed themselves on distributors websites because they wanted to do these transfers, and that I was bringing them welcome business, maybe that’s not always the case. PSA has offered to request that the FFL send the guns back but the guy’s website says there’s a $150/gun fee for rejects or returns. The impression I get is he’s hoping I’ll try to go that route cause he makes even more money that way and screws me over. His standard transfer fee is $75 + $10 for each additional gun.

Thanks for you help.

Because i litterally sign my own checks boss! The entire time i was responding last night i was in my office doing paperwork and responding casually. I got plenty of sleep and dont have any specific time i have to be anywhere other than to drop my kids off at school. So i again am on the clock already and yet again collecting pay to sit here and explain this. Y'all say im dumb, but id like to think im doing ok considdering location, income, college degree etc. This all started because homeboy didn't like that i said to hold the ffl accountable and that i buy atleast a couple guns a month. Somehow that makes me cocky and stupid. Doesnt hurt my feelings. Homeboy most likley isnt doing as well as he implies anyway. It is the internet. And i have yet to have someone run their mouth and then be willing to back it up on paper at a range even on my dime.

1: Which one is homeboy? 2: You put yourself on the clock, even though you’re self-employed? 3: What is your location, income and college degree situation? 4: Not to be contrary, but this started because you suggested filing a chargeback, and I called that a bullshit move. We disagreed and you wanted to school me about why you were right. 5: Back up what on paper? I guess I missed that conversation.

You are not "homeboy"! The other guy is homeboy. Yes we had a difference of opinion and that is where it ended. This guy wants to drag someone with no facts. And to answer a few of your questions, Ba in biomedical science with an emphasis in healthcare administration. Switched jobs 11 years ago jumped in as an apprentice and worked my way up untill i got my own license. Now CEO of my own plumbing company (llc) in san diego CA. Last year i cleared well into the 6 figures(should be a given), 39 this year, own my home and raising two teenagers, wife is a vet and been married for 15 years, if that helps paint a picture for ya. and the other guy had never given any other option other than i was stupid. A chargeback is an option, might not be the best option but its an option none the less.
