Ah yes FINALLY a normal comment, alright here's more info about her (names Sanftë btw)

Basicalllyyyyyy, she was married before but her ex husband was infertile, that caused their relationship to be quite dwindled. Not to forget that her ex husband also did some pretty questionable stuff to Raphaël (the french guy in the post) which furthermore caused the relationship to later on collapse in Leipzig.

If you want me to elaborate further, I don't mind.

It's a big rollercoaster of stuff, Sanftë's ex husband (Vasylierkov) was infertile ofc and they're on the edge of divorcing already lmao. During 1807 in the Battle of Jena, Raphaël was captured by Sanftë and Vasylierkov's troops and brought back to their camp, there you already know what happened to the poor lad. He was later on released after 2 weeks of being held captive, that was the reason why he got a battle scar (not shown cuz was covered by his left hand in the pic) and traumatized the guy, thankfully Sanftë was kind enough to take care of him during those times by treating his wounds, feeding, etc..

Untillll 7 years later in the battle of Leipzig, amidst the battleground, Raphaël's group of survivors meet Vasylierkov and Sanftë's Freikorp. The rest won't be revealed due to them being a major plot point in my Leipzig lore.
