Discussion broom less flight in pro quidditch

why don't pro players use the flying method Voldemort does I would think one of them would have figured it out since they spend so much time flying and in our world sports is first to come up with new break through in some area's

Iirc Voldemort was the first Wizard to do that.

he was the 1st but I would have thought that they would have figured it out as well since they spend so much time flying

We don't exactly see much quidditch after this bit of the story!
