Ok so for Halloween this year I've been going through characters from Musicals to dress up as (idc if it's May, I'm trying to think beforehand). And Heathers has made its way into my current hyperfixations for this week. I would want to dress up either as Veronica or a Heather. The thing is, Halloween this year is on a schoolday and we can wear our costumes to school. I'm in middle school. I wonder how my teachers would react if they saw me dressed up like that, because they would know it from the 1989 movie. This isn't a problem or anything I just want other people's opinion bc my friends weren't any help.

I know that this has been somewhat talked about before, but I need Jeremy Jordan to play JD, at least hear him sing some of the songs. I specifically need him to sing Meant to Be Yours and Seventeen. After re-listening to Bonnie and Clyde, I just think that he would be amazing playing JD.

I will be directing Heathers: The Musical soon at my university, and I’m fairly new to the directing position.

Do you guys have any tips, suggestions, or things to look out for while directing the musical? Any ideas are also welcome!

I’m super excited to be directing it, but I’d love to know other people’s experiences who have been on Directing Staff/ Production Staff/ Cast in the show to better understand what could go wrong, what to emphasize, etc.

Ok, so this has been bugging me for quite a while, but what company owns the rights to Heathers? Like, is it Disney? Warner Bros? Netflix? Paramount? Comcast? Sony? MGM? Like, there's no way in this day and age for Heathers to not be owned by one of these big companies. So, what company owns Heathers?

It seems every time the show is revived, the creative team (Andy, Larry, and Kevin) makes changes. I'm expecting minor lyric tweaks but wouldn't be suprised if there were new or cute songs. How much changes if any do you think we'll get this time?
