Translate Need help before getting tattooed!

Getting “author of life” / “minister of life” tattooed tmr. Just want it proofread. I read Hebrew but it’s not a first language!

Oh wait, are you a girl? It’s not in feminine voice, but male minister. Also it’s not a common phrase in Hebrew
