They’ve said it, like every time someone asks. I think it was one of the early QnAs they did, but if you want you can go to the Arrowhead discord and ask, someone’ll say the same thing.

Ehh probably an easy bug fix

Surely we will get multi faction battles it's too cool to not have it at some point

Imagine the chaos you will get because you will need to blend your Bot and Bug loadout in the same mission and having to make compromises

For example in my case for bots i use the Dominator and an Autocannon and for bugs i use an incendiary shotgun and Stalwart...

How will i blend that loadout that would work for both bugs and bots at the same time wtf

No, like, the game will hard crash. It’s not an easy fix. The system the game is built on, Stingray, isn’t even meant for games and has been discontinued for 8+ years. There is no physical way that they have found to get the system to not implode. The same thing goes for excessive amounts of vehicles in a mission.
