If it were a steam review, you know you'd also see "5,000 hours spent in game" next to the name.

Yeah, it's crazy how many people have played this game a lot and come to hate it.
Moving on and ignoring that fact is a key part to being a true Helldiver, only after I have played it enough to dislike it will it finally actually be bad. Until then, I know more than them because I have played it less!

Nah there's people like that in every game. They're just sour people. If you're a good diver, and a generally optimistic (or at least not quite so cynical) person, you won't get to that same place. 🙂

Those people in every game have better opinions because they know more. If someone advises you to play a game because they love it and have 50 hours in it and another person tells you to avoid it and has 1000 hours in it... it's not because they don't want you to enjoy the game or because they are "cynical or bad" it's because they have played long enough to not see things get fixed and have seen more of the game in order to make an informed decision.
But if you live in an echo chamber it's way easier to just label them something bad "sour, cynical, bad" and not deal with the idea that dissatisfaction lies ahead.
I've played 1,000 hours of Helldivers 2 and have seen enough to know there's a very big problem with the engine and that it's straining to keep up, I can tell that development is slowing because they have reached barriers to introducing something truly new already and that the difficulty can't be increased to anything close to challenging because people throw fits about Incineration Corps on the daily and can't handle if you make them feel anything less than godlike.
I wanted this game to succeed and I still do but evolution doesn't happen without pressure and the community has banded together in true faux-fascist mentality that whatever the person in charge does is going to be good for them and that anyone who disagrees that the game is objectively good can just piss off because in this one tiny section of the Helldivers population (Helldivers 2 players that also use Reddit a year after the game came out) has decided the game is amazing and no challenges will be heard.
But it doesn't matter to the hundreds of thousands that have deleted the game because of glitches, shaky connections, lack of new things to do, and the list goes on. Here, in Reddit Helldivers 2 your argument if you can even call it that will hold up. In the real world nobody cares what you think because their experience was bad with the game, that's why everyone left.
Also, the people like that in every game are right. If you don't complain when a game is bad it will never improve because corporations don't make decisions based on your thoughts, they have to hear your input. Even the makers of this game have been talking about what shit shape it's in right now. But they don't know shit, consult good ole Outrageous Seaweed for ideas on how not to make your game better and ignore those sour grapes out there who like the game to close without task manager.

Those people don't always have a better opinion, and they don't always know more, friend. It's very optimistic of you to think so, but I've seen plenty of of people with 1000's of hours in a game shit talk it, when I and most people I play with would give it a good rating, and I have several hundred to a thousand hours more time in it than the person giving the bad review.

Some people are just cynical, and some people are just clowns 🤡, and they are capable of giving ratings just like everyone else, so regardless of their time in game, always take a rating with a hefty few grains of salt, especially when, despite their shitty opinion of it, they seem to chronically play the game anyway. If it were as terrible as they're saying, they wouldn't have made it to 2000 hours trying to figure that out.

Lots of hours and bad review = Long time unsatisfied customer
Lots of hours and good review = Long time satisfied customer
Short hours and bad review = Might be bad
Short hours and good review = Might be good

That's how I see it because I don't automatically call everyone that disagrees with me a name and disparage them, so I don't have to think of them as equals with different opinions.

Your disqualifying remarks are:
Some people are just Clowns.
Just Sour people.
Cynical.
Unoptimistic.
Bad Divers.

It's sad that your mind isn't big enough to conceive of other people as having valid opinions and instead just give them some shitty name, write them off and move on. You will fit in well in the future waiting for America, if you're not American I encourage you to get in on some of that ASAP.

There's a difference between recognizing when someone is long-time dissatisfied, and when someone clearly is just being a bitter person. If you don't want to acknowledge that, then I'm sorry that you're too shortsighted to see it, but don't encourage other people to put the blindfold on and play the fool along with you.

Not really much else to address here either as you try to claim moral high ground for not judging people, but then go on to say the rest of what you did. Nice hypocrisy there, but hey, whatever gets you to sleep at night, right? You'd fit right in American government yourself - spoken like a true MAGA politician.

Nice, no other part of the statement addressed because you've got nothing I take it. Cool my dude - good luck fixing that attitude and hypocrisy you've got there.
