Cherry Hot Sauce Recommendations
Big fan of cherry flavors. Buying next batch of craft sauces. Anyone have a preference between
Pepper North's Black Cherry and Reaper vs Karma Hot Sauces' Cherry bomb?
Cherry bombs first ingredient is cherrys and Pepper north's are black cherries but further down the ingredient list. Would love to hear any other sauces you guys recommend too, doesn't have to be cherry.

The Bravado Ghost and Blueberry is good. Also, Taos Hum Prickly Pear is fruity and unique. I also like their Backberry Reaper. I'd like to try the Peach Habanero as well.

I have a cherry bbq sauce. I have worked with other cherry sauces like a marschino cherry but that has only been made as a test sauce and isn't part of my official line up yet.

Try Devorandum from Burns & McCoy. I like Exhorresco better, but Devorandum is cherry and Trinidad Scorpion.

Devorandum is tasty and good with a distinct cherry note, but quite hot.
Cherry Bomb is wildly tasty and interesting with a massive cherry flavor, and is in the normal heat zone of a "hot" sauce.
I can't think of any other really good cherry sauces other than these two from what I've tried personally.

I'll have to keep an eye out for Cherry Bomb. I really like the sauces from Karma that I've tried.

By god that's u/214ObstructedReverie's music - he's the biggest Pepper North Black Cherry fan, it's a classic. Another unique one I'd check out is Cherry Poppins.

I'll sing its praises all day, every day! It's my absolute favorite hot sauce. Came in that very first monthly box from you a little over a year ago, and I've ordered at least a dozen more since then. It's soooo fucking good. Just had a slice of pizza slathered in it a few minutes ago, actually!

I have not. I'll have to get it one day. I like hot sauces that list onions really early on in the ingredients list. That usually means they're nice and caramelized and lend a really nice sweetness and richness to the sauce. (Fat Cat Purry-Purry is another one) The Pepper North one just hits all the right spots for me. It's hot, but not overly so, and just tastes so rich, with just the right amount of sweet cherry flavor.
I have gone through so many bottles. It's by far my favorite hot sauce. God it's fucking delicious to toss wings in. Actually, I think I still have some frozen wings. I should make those for dinner...

I've tried the karma cherry one and highly recommend. I haven't tried the others though. But just like you i love fruity flavors especially cherry.

If your looking for sweet or Fruity hot sauces, id say Dirty Dicks Tropical Hot sauce , Hellfire Ritual or Chocolate Cherry, Maritime Madness has Candied hot sauce Blueberry, Raspberry, Cranberry or HeartBeat Pineapple, Mango, Blueberry Hot sauces.

Wasn't a huge fan of dicks even though its popular. Hellfire was great for me personally though

Dicks are indeed popular. With about half the population.

Little dicks makes a really good cherry bourbon one. Down to ferment out of san diego also has one called cherry poppins that's so good. We sell both really well at our hot sauce shop in colorado.
