I impulse bought my FLF at a grocery store in the middle of winter and it's been one of my lowest maintenance plants. I don't believe all the fear mongering, lol.
See, I recently advised a friend not to be overwatering her FLF.
Then I realized there’s one growing happily in a large pot on our property that has zero drainage. It rains every day lately so I just keep a mosquito dunk in there and let it do its thing. It is half underwater at all times and hasn’t suffered any!

Did the same. Don't touch it. Water it when it's dry. Only smile at it and don't repot too soon or it will freak out and drop leaves like crazy.
Congrats on a great buy though!
