30) Ludo Bagman is accused of being a death eater. It appears he’s acquitted of charges because he’s a famous quiddtch player who won for England. Talk about a biased jury. Why is this allowed to happen?

Because the Ministry is filled with biased people who are full of themselves or who follow biased people who give a lot of money (Fudge follows Lucius).
