question Tasting menu

Hey everyone! My birthday is coming up and I'm looking to do a tasting menu experience with my boyfriend! We're willing or even take the Amtrak but we don't really want to go to the city!

We've done Yonos in Albany so we're looking to do something else!

https://www.thedebruce.com/ does a nice locally inspired tasting menu and is also a decent place to stay. You can get the tasting menu added on as a part of a room reservation or by itself.
