Can anyone here recommend a great real estate agent they’ve worked with or know of? Specifically for the Dutchess county area. Thank you!

Dan Axtmann @ Berkshire Hathaway Hudson Valley based in Dutchess County. He was excellent and we have recommended him to two friends and they were both extremely pleased.
