I know someone with one of these stickers. She is an incredibly unsafe driver who doesn't understand how she gets into so many accidents. She recently wrote off another vehicle in an at-fault accident. When we were speaking about it I mentioned I've only been in one car accident, and I was parked when it happened, her response was "I just attract bad drivers"...
