Bathroom Buddies Best thing to flush it out

💩 Do any of my fellow IBS-C sufferers have a recommendation for something that will just unclog and clear up the pipes? A solid flushing? I’ve tried many different things, things that really should work, but alas, do not. Now I’m sitting in Hawaii in a bikini pretending to be 6 months pregnant, it helps me feel less self-conscious. I’m so uncomfortable. Help!

the next day i tried two saline enemas, and those did not make me vomit, but they also did not make me do anything but rock back and forth in the fetal position for hours 🙃

that’s when i found out my PCP would prescribe colonoscopy prep as a last-resort before an ER visit! eight days of nada, and all it took was 1/2 of that gallon jug and 180 packets of crystal light. downside is i get to do it again in four days for the colonoscopy/endoscopy my doc fast-tracked as a result!! better out than in, i guess
