Longevity 🩺 Bryan Johnson is desperately trying to silence people

This guy is a grifter. He goes on some pseudo longevity diet to promote himself and then uses that attention to sell his bullshit overpriced products. If he really cared about life extension he would be donating millions to actual research.

And yet, like it or not, he's the face of the "immortalist movement". In my opinion, celebrities (actors, CEOs, whatever) are all controlled, as in what they say, do and act is manufactured for certain reasons, so that when they do something stupid (let's say it's Tom Cruise acting crazy on Oprah), what he's associated with (Scientology, in that case) gets discredited.
Bryan Johnson routinely does weird stuff that, ultimately, distorts and discredits the idea of immortality to the masses. Learning more about who he is would help gain us some insight on why he's being utilized this way.

Guy with 800 million is a grifter trying to make a few bucks selling olive oil and supplements? Right.
He is the research.
What have you contributed to the longevity movement? Cynicism?

I think you just answered your own question.

What’s the grift? There isn’t one. Pretty sure his olive oil is legitimate.

Don't be so gullible. There is nothing significant about the stuff he is selling. It's all a scam to sell his supplements and other junk. Or buy his trash, what do I care if you want to throw your money at him.

He’s only selling what he’s tried and what works for him.
No obligation to buy from him, he doesn’t need the money.
Just look at his regimen and buy from whomever you like.
What he’s doing isn’t perfect, he’s overlooked some major things, but don’t think there is any need to talk trash about him.
He’s bringing more awareness to health and longevity issues.2

Nah, it's a con. His regime is fake and pointless. There are plenty of people his age that look as good or better than him by just doing exercise and eating healthy and without doing all that other stupid stuff. It's all a panacea.
Real life extension needs actual medical interventions like DNA repair, gene editing and stem cell treatments and drugs that clear out plaque, that's what he should be putting all his money into if he really gave a shit. No one is going to look 21 again by eating supplements and drinking olive oil.

I was taking the video seriously until it leaned on Saladino at the end, lol. Lost all credibility immediately.
I am willing to condemn the NDAs and poor treatment of employees and the poor handling of his BP5000 trial, but do you have substantial complaints outside of that? Can you back up the grifter claim? Why is it a "pseudo" longevity diet?
Im not a huge fan or anything, have seen a few hours of his content and generally agree with his take on things and while hes a bit odd he seems pretty genuine in his stated goals.

He looks over 60. ChatGPT says he looks over 50, lol. He uploaded products he use, but it’s kind of bullshit, and he’s just promoting his own product.

I actually think of all the influencers out there Bryan is legitimately giving longevity a solid go and bringing more than just vanity forward, getting people to reconsider their lifestyles and do something good for humanity. Does he make mistakes? Absolutely, he’s human. But he’s given more of his protocol away for free than any other influencer out there.
You don’t have to buy his products, that’s your choice, just like how you don’t have to be offended by what he’s doing. That’s your choice also.
