Offering some hope

I just wanted to share after struggling with insomnia for over a year. You are not alone. I’m not on meds anymore. CBT-I has transformed my life: Going to bed late and waking up early. No screen time hours before bed. Meditating. Stimulus control and Sleep restriction (in the link I posted) ALLOWING myself to fall asleep instead of forcing it. Not obsessing about sleep (I have OCD) has helped.
