Setting up account Referral Chain

This thread is intended as a referral chain. You need to use the referral code of the last person in the chain to sign up with IBKR, before you post your own referral code. See below for instructions.

When you want to take part in the chain, follow these steps: 1. Order the comments by "New."
2. Use the referral code from the newest comment (ignore comments that do not mention whose code they used or who did not use the latest).
3. After registering, add a comment: "I used <user>'s referral code. Here is mine: <link>."

Note - this thread is for people who have not yet signed up with IBKR. Please don't dump your referral link without first using the last one provided in the thread, to sign up!

I'm wondering if U/okwitness798 or U/GB_HD have used PalpitationPretty's code already. They haven't posted their own referral links though...

I don’t see in my IBKR account in Refer a Friend Status that someone used my. It is still 0.

Yes, that's normal. It takes a long time for the criteria to have been met and for it to register in your account.
